If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and AJAD TRADING LLC concerning your use of the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and AJAD TRADING LLC regarding the same.
